Chris Binch is a former British Paratrooper, firefighter, security consultant, anti-piracy operator, heavyweight boxer, and host of The Old Paratrooper Podcast.
BIO
After overcoming a troubled early life, Chris served operational tours in Northern Ireland, Macedonia, Sierra Leone, and Afghanistan before going on to work in high-risk environments across the Middle East and at sea. He later served 12 years with Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service. Diagnosed later in life with ADHD, Chris now speaks openly about resilience, accountability, mental health, and thriving under pressure.
In 2023, he became a world record holder after delivering the first live podcast from the middle of the Atlantic Ocean to raise awareness for mental health and veteran charities.
