OLLIE OSBORNE
Ollie Osborne is a former Royal Marines Commando and high-performance coach whose career spans elite military service, professional sport and international athletic competition.
His journey through extreme physical adversity and full reconstruction of health has shaped a compelling and transformative message that resonates with audiences of all backgrounds.

BIOGRAPHY
After serving as a Royal Marines Commando, Ollie became a Royal Navy Physical Training Instructor before sustaining multiple injuries that led to two years in full time military rehabilitation. This period forced him to rebuild his physical and mental strength from the ground up and provided rare insight into resilience, identity and the realities of starting again when capability and confidence have been stripped away.

Ollie later worked in professional sport as a first team strength and conditioning coach and sports scientist in football. As an athlete he represented Great Britain within the British Olympic Sailing Team and competed at national and world championship level in indoor rowing where he earned multiple national titles and a top five finish at the World Championships.

Today Ollie specialises in helping individuals and leaders strengthen health, resilience and performance using a structured and evidence-based approach. His talks blend personal experience with practical strategies that audiences can apply immediately. Drawing on the principles he now uses to coach high performers, he speaks with clarity, humility and a depth of lived experience that consistently impacts those who hear him.
Ollie is also the creator and host of the Beyond the Battlefield Podcast where veterans share powerful stories of adversity and transformation.
